Marking up the translation

Dear Galen (& Kate)

Having done some experimentation with the online work on Psalms 1-29
it looks like getting rid of shading and underlining makes things easier
- ie we can distinguish between translation notes and textual notes by the prefix,
or: ie: sounds like:   etc indicate translation notes
poss:   prob:  indicates textual notes

Sometimes we need an explanation for a textual note,
eg "poss: sits |ie rules (one letter different)"
Here the "ie" refers to the variant reading, because it occurs between the variant "poss" and the explanation in brackets.
When it is seen on the screen I envisage it in three lines:
  poss: sits
  ie: rules
  (one letter different)

We are putting comments (explanations and notes to each other) in comment boxes, but these don't stand out very well, and are a bit fiddly to use.
Let's just use colours - Red for Galen, Blue for David and Green for Kate.

Galen - you are producing some interesting explanations, and it almost makes me want to produce something like  the translation notes in the NET Bible, but I don't think we can. It would be MUCH more work.
