Dear Galen (&Kate)
I think you may have misunderstood how Dropbox works.
The files in Dropbox ARE on your computer. They are not online files.
So you don't need to be connected to the web to edit them or save them.
When you are connected, these files will be synchronised
automatically with everyone else
(ie with the Dropbox files on the computers of all three of us, and
with the online backup).
So please do not save files in two places - save them only to your
Dropbox folder.
Otherwise you'll get confused and forget which is the latest version.
So it is actually easier than you thought!
I'm sorry I haven't got round to writing the macro yet. Just record
your changes as normal
and I'll change them when I make the macro.
I was virus-hunting today. Some of my websites were attacked and I
had to heal 7600 files.
